Because Libera is a newly established country, no maps exist. The villages, roads, and settlements have yet to be charted, making it impossible for Santa to find every boy and girl before Christmas morning.
Determined to keep his promise to children everywhere, Santa embarks on a search for someone who knows the spirit of Africa better than anyone else. His search leads him to Riley, the last Quagga.
